Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Indas Analytics Pvt. Ltd., Plot No 50, Vishwadarshan, AB Rd, Near Vijay Nagar Square, Vijay Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh. We build ERP, BI and automation systems for the printing and packaging industry.

In the language of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "DPDP Act"), we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here, and you are the Data Principal.

2. What we collect

a. Information you type into a form

We only collect this when you choose to submit the contact form or the 30-Day Automation Assessment. Nothing on this page is collected just by browsing.

b. Information collected automatically

We record a small amount of information about page visits so we can tell which pages are useful:

• The page you viewed and the page you arrived from
• Approximate location — country, region and city — as reported by our hosting provider
• A one-way visitor code, described below

c. Marketing attribution

If you arrive from an advertisement or a campaign link, your browser temporarily holds the campaign tags from that link — utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, gclid and fbclid — along with a reference for any form you have started. This lets us tell which campaign a genuine enquiry came from, and stops one person's form being recorded twice.

This is kept in your browser's session storage, not in a cookie. It is erased the moment you close the tab, and it is never shared with the advertising networks.

3. Cookies

The only cookie this domain ever sets is a login session cookie for our own staff when they sign in to the private admin panel at /admin. It is never set for visitors.

Session storage, described in section 2c, is a separate browser feature and is cleared when you close the tab.

4. Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and call you back about it
• To work out your assessment result and talk you through it
• To understand which pages and topics are useful, in aggregate
• To recognise and block spam submissions
• To keep records we are required to keep by law

We do not use your details to build an advertising profile, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

5. Your consent

Under the DPDP Act, we rely on the consent you give when you submit a form. Submitting the contact form or the assessment means you agree to us using those details for the purposes in section 4.

You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing wecare@indusanalytics.in. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent. It does not undo anything we did while the consent was valid, and we may still keep what the law requires us to keep.

6. Who else can see it

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. A small number of service providers process data on our behalf in order to run the site:

Beyond these, we will only disclose personal data where the law or a court requires it, or where it is needed to protect our rights or someone's safety.

7. How long we keep it

Enquiry and assessment details: for as long as there is an ongoing or prospective business relationship between us. If that relationship ends, or you ask us to erase your data, we delete it — apart from anything we are legally required to retain, such as records tied to a contract or a tax filing.

Page-visit records: kept as aggregate statistics. Since these hold no IP address, no name and no cookie, they cannot be traced back to you.

8. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal data of yours we hold and what we have done with it
• Correct anything that is wrong, incomplete or out of date
• Erase your personal data, where we are not required to keep it
• Act on a withdrawal of your consent
• Deal with a complaint about how we have handled your data
• Recognise someone you nominate to exercise these rights if you are unable to

Email wecare@indusanalytics.in with your request. We will respond within a reasonable time, and we may need to confirm who you are before we act, so that nobody else can make a request in your name.

9. How we protect it

• The whole site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection
• Form submissions reach our systems through an authenticated interface, not an open endpoint
• Admin passwords are stored as one-way hashes, never as readable text
• Access to enquiry records is limited to the staff who need it to do their job

These measures are meaningful, but no method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

10. Children

This is a business-to-business website, intended for people acting for a company. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, write to us and we will delete them.

11. Other websites we link to

Some of our products and programmes have their own websites, including Indus Print ERP, In-Print, Printude and PrintPathshala. Following a link takes you off this site, and this policy stops applying there. Please read the privacy policy of whichever site you land on.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Where a change is significant, we will say so clearly rather than expecting you to spot it.
