1. Agreement to these terms

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Indas Analytics Pvt. Ltd., Plot No 50, Vishwadarshan, AB Rd, Near Vijay Nagar Square, Vijay Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh. "You" means anyone using the site.

2. What this website is

This site describes our products, our PPA methodology, our training programmes and the problems we help printing and packaging businesses solve. It is an information and enquiry website. It does not sell anything, take payment or create an account for you.

3. How you may use it

You are welcome to read the site, share links to it, and print or save pages for your own reference.

You may not:

• Copy, republish or resell our content as if it were your own
• Scrape or harvest the site in bulk, whether by script, crawler or any automated means
• Attempt to gain access to the admin area, our servers, or any data that is not meant to be public
• Submit false details, someone else's details, or use our forms to send spam or unlawful content

4. Our intellectual property

Everything on this site — the written content, page designs, graphics, screenshots, logos and product names such as Indas Analytics, Indus Print ERP, Printude, Gratude, CoreEasy, PrintPulse, PrintPathshala and the PPA (Print Process Automation) Framework — belongs to us or to our licensors, and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property law.

Nothing on this site transfers any of those rights to you. Names or logos of our customers and partners belong to them and appear with their permission.

5. Information here is general

The content on this site is published for general information about our work. It is not professional, financial, legal or operational advice for your specific business, and you should not treat it as the only basis for a decision.

6. Calculators and assessment results

Several pages carry calculators, and the 30-Day Automation Assessment produces a score and a set of findings. These are illustrative estimates, worked out from figures and answers that you supply, using general industry assumptions.

They are meant to show you where to look, not to predict what your business will save. Your actual results depend on your machinery, your team, your data and how the work is carried through. We do not guarantee any particular saving, return or outcome from them.

7. Case studies and customer results

Where we publish customer numbers, they describe what happened at that plant, in that period, in those conditions. They are real and we name our sources, but they are not a forecast of what will happen at yours.

8. Links to other sites

We link to websites we do not control, including our own product and programme sites and those of third parties. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the site it points to, and we are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any external site. Once you leave this site, its owner's terms apply.

9. Availability of the site

We aim to keep the site available and up to date, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of anything harmful. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, at any time, without notice. Content may become out of date between updates.
